Free Estimate | Consultation
Ecopace will offer a free initial consultation to discuss your project and provide you with a estimate of the construction costs with multiple options to finance your eco property. We will meet with you at your site to review your project goals, objectives, budget and time frame. We then prepare a proposal outlining our services and fees. There is no obligation to use our services after the consultation.

Site Analysis | Design Development
After the initial consultation, we will conduct a site analysis to assess the feasibility of your project. We will also develop a conceptual design for your project and provide you with several options to choose from. Once you have selected a design, we will begin the process of developing construction drawings and specifications.

Budgeting & Cost Estimates | Permitting & Approvals
During the design development phase, we will work with you to develop a realistic budget for your project. We will also obtain all the necessary permits and approvals from the local authorities.

Construction Scheduling | Post Site Evaluation
Once the design is complete and the budget is finalized, we will prepare a construction schedule. Ecopace Group will provide construction management services during the execution of the contract. Selected Independent contractors in your local area that are licensed and insured will be hired to perform the construction on site. Nevertheless will be your single point of contact throughout the construction process and will work to ensure that your project is completed on time, within budget, and to your specifications.

Ecopace Project Close Out
The final stage of the project where we conduct a review, document and archive, and provide you with the as-built documentation and project close out report. Ecopace Group also offer warranty services for your peace of mind.
